Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, foster a positive work environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store performance through effective store presentation, inventory management, and stock control.
  • Assist in managing your roster and wages at a strategic level, through performance-based rostering.
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others.
  • Drive commercial outcomes and excel in operations and stock management.
  • Embodies the brand values every day.

Requirements:

You will need:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in fashion.
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales results and driving business growth.
  • A strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on the business.
  • The ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team.
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment.
  • Self-motivation and strong communication skills.
