We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to lead our ESIA team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Asia Pacific leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering significant ESIA projects for local and multi-national clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of environmental and social impact assessments, technical studies and reports, proposals and correspondence
- Provide advice and support to clients on the environmental and social aspects across the full project life cycle
- Coordinate and prepare complex environmental approval documentation
- Support the preparation of environmental management plans and delivery of environmental audits
- Engage with a wide range of government and community stakeholders
- Maintain strong and effective client relationships
You will be responsible for supporting team member development, including coaching and mentoring, assisting individuals to achieve their professional goals and coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations, work allocation and team priorities.
About YouWe are looking for a leader who has experience within a consulting environment or is ready for this step in their career. You will be passionate about developing others as well as delivering exceptional technical results. You will enjoy building a culture of teamwork, collaboration and inclusion and supporting others to achieve their potential.
You will have a tertiary qualification in environmental or social science and significant experience in contributing to the delivery of environmental impact assessments and environmental management plans. You will also have highly developed communication, report writing and client relationship skills.
