Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests for check-ins and check-outs.
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to maintain their top condition.
  • Monitor maintenance and repair needs for our fleet of campervans.
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments efficiently.
  • Resolve complaints and troubleshoot emergencies promptly.
Essential Skills
  • Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Valid driver's license and confidence driving a campervan.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible individual who takes work seriously.
