Job Overview

A team leader is required to oversee a group of field service technicians in the Sydney and Brisbane regions, providing top-notch customer support and ensuring the upkeep of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer support and preventative maintenance.
  • Supervise up to seven technicians in the Northern Region of Australia.
  • Establish and evaluate team performance metrics to achieve goals.
  • Cultivate collaboration while working independently.
  • Travel as necessary for customer support and operations.
