Financial Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable and Payable Professional to manage our financial transactions efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to resolve issues and deliver timely, accurate services.
- Liaising with customers to prepare and complete end of month accounts.
- Managing creditors and debtors by ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Highly organised time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Experience in bookkeeping, banking, reconciliations, and general administration.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word.
