Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying security vulnerabilities and software development lifecycle.

This role will involve emulating real-world advanced persistent threats against Microsoft services, with a focus on identifying and preventing security flaws. You will work closely with developers and security personnel from multiple teams across the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operations and collaborating with other experienced pen testers to identify and exploit vulnerabilities across all layers of services. This includes application, cloud, network, hardware, and operational security domains.

  • Emulate real-world advanced persistent threats to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with developers and security personnel to implement security changes.
  • Work closely with Blue Teams to improve readiness and produce solutions for defenders and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in identifying security vulnerabilities, software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should also be able to meet Microsoft's customer and government security screening requirements.
