The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team in the Newcastle region. As a mobile Podiatrist, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of aged care facilities, corporate health hubs, and clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb
  • Conduct diabetic foot health assessments
  • Contribute to patient chronic disease management plans
  • Provide treatment for high-risk patient groups
  • Offer footwear and foot care advice and education to patients, family members, staff, and carers
  • Make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Perform biomechanical assessments
  • Maintain quality documentation and treatment planning procedures
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as stock management and equipment maintenance

About You

We are looking for a qualified, fully AHPRA-registered Podiatrist who is passionate about improving the foot function and mobility of Australians. As a mobile Podiatrist, you will need to be comfortable traveling to our clients and providing your own vehicle.
