About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team in Newcastle. As a mobile Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality podiatric care to residents across a range of aged care facilities, corporate health hubs, and client's homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing, diagnosing, treating, and evaluating abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb
  • Diabetic foot health assessments
  • Contributing towards the patient's chronic disease management plan
  • Offering footwear and foot care advice and education to patients, family members, staff, and carers
  • Making referrals to other healthcare professionals as appropriate
  • Biomechanical assessments
  • Maintaining quality documentation and treatment planning procedures
  • Undertaking a range of administrative tasks such as ensuring stock levels are maintained, and equipment is kept in good working order, daily reports, and handovers to all staff
About You

This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA-registered Podiatrist. As a mobile Podiatrist, you will need to be comfortable traveling to our clients located in the Newcastle region and will need to provide your own vehicle.
