Job Title: Team Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this challenging position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, overseeing daily activities, managing inventory, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
  • Customer Delight: Foster exceptional customer experiences by providing prompt assistance, resolving queries, and promoting our products.
  • Team Enablement: Develop and lead a high-performing team, conducting regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and coaching associates to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
