As a valued member of our team, your role will involve visiting local businesses to identify potential job openings. This requires a valid driver's licence and strong administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating ability to create employment opportunities for customers;
  • Building relationships with employers and expanding our network of contacts;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships;
  • Coordinating recruitment opportunities and working with employers to meet their needs;
  • Reverse marketing customers to create new opportunities;
  • Managing a complex administration workload and demonstrating attention to detail;
  • Working with diverse individuals, including Indigenous clients, ex-offenders, youth, and those from disadvantaged groups.

You will also need to hold a current driver's licence, have a sound understanding of the local labour market, and possess intermediate to high-level administrative skills.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in business development who can provide great customer service and effectively manage multiple tasks.
