Barista Team Leader Job

Lead a skilled team of baristas and ice cream makers in our busy coffee shop. Ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards, and foster a positive work culture.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of baristas and crew members.
  • Create staff schedules, manage performance, and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

Operations Management
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the shop runs efficiently.

  • Manage inventory for coffee, ice cream, and other supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Customer Service Excellence
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Develop creative promotions and events to attract new customers.

Barista & Ice Cream Crafting Skills
Prepare high-quality beverages and visually appealing treats.

  • Train staff on coffee brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and ice cream preparation.
  • Introduce new menu items, staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills
Achieve success through strong leadership, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Lead Barista.
  • Strong barista skills, including espresso machine operation and latte art.
  • Familiarity with ice cream service and presentation is a plus.
