Job Title: Home Support Professional

We are seeking caring individuals to join our team in providing essential services to vulnerable clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cooking, cleaning, pet care, and transportation.
  • Review client plans to understand goals and needs.
  • Utilize technology to track important information and ensure client safety.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desired).
  • Experience working in aged care.
  • Friendly personality with good relationship-building skills.
  • Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle.
