Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our operations.

Our Operations Support Engineers are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes. This involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize system efficiency.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and other critical documents.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining necessary trending and monitoring tools/scripts, as well as collaborating with government customers and factory specialists on technical exchanges and question-answering forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or Masters of Science Degree in a STEM discipline
  • Relevant technical/engineering experience (level 2: 2 years, level 3: 5 years)
  • Familiarity with trending and monitoring tools/scripts (perl, python, MATLAB, DCL, etc.)
  • Experience with LINUX, Perl, MATLAB, AGILE SW development tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance, SCI Access and complete a counterintelligence polygraph examination prior to start date
