Job Title: Implementation Support Specialist

As a key member of our statewide team, you will play a central role in the successful implementation of sector-shaping initiatives across South Australia.

  • Coordinate and manage high-level support to ensure smooth execution of early childhood reforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and team, including scheduling, meetings, travel logistics, and diary coordination.
  • Manage administrative processes such as minute-taking, correspondence tracking, document management, and action item follow-ups.
  • Support data collection, minor research, and implementation of local projects.
  • Assist with financial processes, HR tasks, and internal compliance reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and responsive communication.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, including juggling competing priorities under pressure.
  • Coordination and problem-solving skills with a commitment to proactive support.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
  • Competence with ICT systems, including Microsoft Office.
