Rehabilitation Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate rehabilitation therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and be able to provide high-quality therapy services.

The successful applicant will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide clinic-based services, community-based services, and report to funding bodies as necessary. They will also be responsible for conducting initial health and screening assessments, building and managing a clinical caseload, and preparing regular reports for external medical staff and other health professionals.

Our team uses revolutionary rehabilitative technology that is changing the way we approach therapy. We believe in a holistic approach to combine these devices alongside goal-based training. Our rehabilitation therapists play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

Key responsibilities of the rehabilitation therapist include:

  • Building and managing a clinical caseload of clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Conducting initial health and screening assessments to determine a client's suitability for therapy
  • Preparing regular reports for external medical staff and other health professionals
  • Working with other health professionals to raise awareness and usefulness of exoskeleton-assisted therapies for subacute and chronic neurological rehabilitation
  • Some client administration such as diary management and follow-up of enquiries

Requirements for the rehabilitation therapist position include:

  • Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goals
  • Experience in working with clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Ability to organise daily tasks and manage a clinical caseload
  • Ability to analyse conditions, utilise appropriate outcome measures and create nuanced and tailored rehabilitation plans on an individual basis

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
