Senior Academic Integrity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Academic Integrity Team Leader to join our team.
This role plays a pivotal part in promoting academic honesty and ethical behaviour within the higher education sector.
- Lead and inspire a collaborative team of Academic Integrity and Conduct Officers.
- Oversee and enhance academic integrity policies, processes, and preventative strategies.
- Conduct investigations into academic misconduct, including plagiarism, contract cheating, and collusion.
- Educate and support students, train faculty, and ensure clarity and consistency in policy communication.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for academic integrity, and experience in managing sensitive cases.
Key qualifications include:
- Prior people management experience (leading a small team).
- Prior management experience and knowledge of academic integrity practices.
- Formal professional development in ethics or academic integrity.
Maintaining accurate records, producing insightful reports, and recommending process improvements is crucial for this role.
Advocating for and implementing technologies to reduce instances of misconduct is also essential.
