Operational Readiness Lead

A key position that drives operational readiness across assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement asset hierarchy for plant.
    • Conduct criticality assessments of assets.
    • Review Safe Work Procedures and Plant area processing manuals.
    • Coordinate monthly site project update slide packs and presentations.
    • Lead project engineering activities, including identification, verification, procurement, and delivery of maintenance tooling and equipment for new plants.
    • Oversee maintenance training development, scheduling, and coordination for new plants.
    • Develop and roll out site onboarding materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with extensive experience in a similar role, or equivalent senior-level asset management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Asset Management best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software, ideally Pronto.
  • Familiarity with Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations.
