
Development Administrator

The role of Administrative Coordinator involves providing day-to-day support across administration, membership services, and office coordination. This is a varied position working closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Reception duties and general office administration
- Maintaining and updating the membership database
- Meeting and greeting members and visitors to the office
- Preparing and supporting meetings, including catering and logistics
- Managing office supplies and placing orders
- Printing, scanning and binding important records
- Assisting senior leaders with correspondence, scheduling and records
We are seeking a friendly, professional and reliable individual who is highly organized with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable using technology and learning new systems, with an interest in developing a career in administration and membership services.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting senior leaders in a respected professional association and will be motivated by the opportunity to develop diverse administration and membership skills in a stable environment.
