Sales Support Representative/Merchandiser VIC CBD

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to join our high-performing team in the VIC CBD area.
About You:
You will have exceptional communication skills, a high level of drive and initiative, and a passion for sales. As a Sales Support Representative, you will build and maintain quality relationships with relevant store personnel and provide excellent customer service through the execution of marketing activity, building and merchandising displays while maintaining compliance standards to activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain quality relationships with store personnel
- Provide excellent customer service through marketing activity and display execution
- Maintain compliance standards to activations
- Adapt to changing sales and merchandising strategies
- Meet sales and merchandising targets
Qualifications and Experience:
- Some retail or grocery experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of drive and initiative
- Passion for sales and merchandising
