Sales Support Representative/Merchandiser VIC Eltham

About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our high-performing team as a Sales Support Representative in the Eltham territory, Doncaster area. This exciting opportunity involves building and maintaining quality relationships with store personnel and providing excellent customer service through the execution of marketing activity, building and merchandising displays while maintaining compliance standards to activations.
About you:
You will have exceptional and effective communication skills, a high level of drive and initiative, as well as a passion for sales. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be adaptable, agile, and a problem solver, accountable and take pride in your work, and enjoy meeting and communicating with people at all levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute marketing activity, build and merchandising displays
- Build and maintain quality relationships with store personnel
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain compliance standards to activations
Requirements:
- Some retail/grocery experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and stack product that weighs up to 12 kg
