Job Opportunity: Senior Property Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic insights.
  • Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers, ensuring integrity and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Property experience is essential for success in this role.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in financial analysis and management.
  • CPA / CA qualified, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial services.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities – ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Experience with property management systems, with a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
