Financial Management Expertise Sought

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accountabilities across our Finance function. Reporting to the CFO, this key role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and championing change management within the Procure to Pay process.

This includes managing the full range of account responsibilities, leading and mentoring a team to ensure ongoing growth and development, auditing and assessing corporate procedures, and partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement business processes.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence
  • Audit and assess corporate procedures to ensure alignment with best practices
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement effective business processes

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5-10 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success at a leadership level
  • Significant experience working with ERP systems, particularly Vista (Viewpoint)
  • Ability to think strategically, drive change, and innovate within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, mapping, and change management within a financial context
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to lead and develop teams
