Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 20 days of paid annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the investment team to deliver high-quality media planning and buying services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines to ensure timely delivery of campaign development processes.

  • Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and application of our proprietary tools and systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
  • Providing accurate administrative support to the broader investment team, while consistently managing expectations and responding to requests in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A marketing or other relevant degree, preferably backed by a Professional Marketing Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry, with a strong understanding of SME tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
