**Key Responsibilities**

As a Case Manager/Assistant Director, Executive Level 1, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a collaborative case team to achieve timely delivery of advice and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensuring investigatory rigour and effective case management principles are met through evidence-based decision-making
  • Producing high-quality case outputs, including case management planning, report writing, and case communications
  • Supporting the capability development of team members and other commission staff
  • Providing direction to others regarding the purpose and importance of their work


You will be supported by a comprehensive training and induction program to help ensure your success in the role.
