Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to provide housekeeping and laundry services to our residents. As a Housekeeping professional at The Shoreline, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residential care home. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols. About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate kindness and empathy towards our aging residents. You should have a strong understanding of and experience in delivering exceptional customer-centered service outcomes. Your ability to work as part of a team and provide a supportive environment for colleagues is also essential. A police check clearance and up-to-date vaccination are mandatory requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing cleaning services according to established cleaning schedules
  • Maintaining records of completion of laundry and cleaning schedule duties
  • Ensuring safe storage and use of cleaning agents
  • Liaising with residents about their preferences for care and service delivery
  • Working as a team member and providing a supportive environment for all employees
