About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our Brand & Integrated Marketing team at Afterpay. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our business objectives and brand vision
  • Lead a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals to foster a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong background in brand marketing and integrated campaigns
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Exceptional creative vision, with a strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
