Job Title

The Site Supervisor is a key role that oversees daily operations, assists in the development of staff and supports the existing team to achieve business goals.

  • Roster front office team members, ensuring flexibility and an equitable roster for all staff
  • Lead Reception Team members, maintenance/handyman, and outsourced housekeeping operations
  • Communicate with guests, owners, and body corporate committee effectively
  • Coordinate tradespeople for general repairs and maintenance efficiently
  • Daily trust and general account reconciliations
  • Staff rostering, Payroll, and HR administration tasks
  • All End of Month processes including accounts payable

Required skills include:

  • Previous hotel experience required, suitable for duty manager or assistant department head looking for their next challenge
  • Strata/Apartment/Real Estate Experience is highly desirable
  • Livability on site is mandatory, available for after-hours calls and urgent issues as they may arise
  • Strong understanding of Body Corporate Management and Management Rights Industry
  • Carry out, manage, or supervise Caretaking duties as set out in the Caretaking Agreement

Desirable characteristics include:

  • Proven experience in Building and Property Management
  • Experience with Xero accounting program
  • Ability to obtain RLA or full Real Estate Licence in Qld
  • Well-presented and organised, ability to lead a team
  • A Positive 'Can Do' Attitude, Someone that can think on their feet
  • Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills
  • Desire for succession planning & progression into Senior Management Role
