Service Coordinator Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to contribute to the success of our team.

You will coordinate tyre fitting for fleet services, promoting service excellence.

You will work closely with Service Fitters to ensure top-notch internal and external customer service is delivered while adhering to established procedures.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating fleet services and communicating effectively with customers
  • Managing workflows, allocating tasks, and overseeing job completion to ensure compliance with processes and procedures
  • Providing exceptional service provision that meets Service Level Agreements
  • Coaching Service Fitting staff to achieve high performance levels and maintain competence
  • Assisting new Tyre Fitters during their transition period
  • Identifying operational efficiency improvements
  • Performing service fitter duties at customer depots, roadside callouts, and onsite, as required
Requirements

To be successful, you should have strong operational coordination experience. Experience within the transport industry is beneficial.

You will be self-motivated, possess leadership skills, and demonstrate operational excellence.

Desirable qualifications include a Certificate II in Tyre Fitting, but it's not essential. You will have the opportunity to obtain this qualification during employment.
