Tyre Technician

Job Description:

As a Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our tyre management services. This involves monitoring fleet tyre performance, assessing and diagnosing tyre-related issues, and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring fleet tyre performance, including damage and wear issues.
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, such as wheel balancing issues, tyre, wheel, and rim damage and wear.
  • Performing fitting, rotations, pressure checks, balancing, puncture repairs, and other tasks as required.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional presentation.
  • Adhering to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a truck tyre fitting role.
  • A valid Driver's Licence and Forklift ticket.
  • Certificate II in Tyre Fitting (highly desirable).
