Store Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Development Manager to lead our store development projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our global footprint.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store development projects including fit-outs, refits, relocations, and exits. You will also lead a small team of Project Coordinators who support these projects and manage ongoing store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end store development projects from concept to completion
  • Lead a team of Project Coordinators to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including government liaison
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver under pressure
