**About the Role**

Oscar Wylee is a global optometry company with 140+ stores across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

We're passionate about making eye care accessible while offering fashionable eyewear designed in-house and delivered direct to our customers.

**The Project:**

This role involves overseeing store development projects including fit-outs, refits, relocations, and exits across multiple locations.

You'll lead a small team of project coordinators who support these projects and manage ongoing store maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver end-to-end projects with tertiary qualifications in project management and 2+ years' experience.
  • Bring a background in retail or similar construction projects.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with strong skills, including government liaison (NZ/Canada experience desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver under pressure.
  • Resilience, initiative and a collaborative mindset are necessary for success.
