Due to increasing demand, we're looking for a talented and experienced florist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the daily operations and creative direction of our beautiful shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing market-fresh flowers from start to finish
  • Assisting with retail operations, including online orders and walk-ins
  • Opening and closing the shop independently
  • Supporting weddings, events, and large-scale floral installations

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and proactive work ethic
  • Confidence in customer-facing sales roles
  • Outgoing personality and great communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong sense of colour, composition, and floral design
  • Prior experience in retail and customer service
