We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team on site for a landmark project in Western Australia.
About the Role- Ensure that all civil and structural works meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client-specific quality plans. They will also witness and review material testing, prepare inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities- Verify contractors' Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
- Participate in quality audits and site walkdowns.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and HSE teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records properly.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Solid understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, ASTM, API).
- Familiarity with project quality control procedures and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
