About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to support our clients in living independently at home. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including domestic cleaning and personal care.
  • Provide domestic assistance throughout the clients' home and meal preparation.
  • Support community access and transportation to appointments.

  • Casual position - Flexible start and finish times
  • Paid travel time
About You
  • Are you empathetic, respectful, and reliable?
  • Do you hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or first-year Bachelor of Nursing?
  • Have you completed your First Aid and CPR training?
  • Do you have a Valid Victorian Driver's Licence, comprehensive car insurance, and reliable transport that you can use to visit our clients' homes?
  • Are you available at least 2 days a week, during business hours Monday to Friday?
  • Is your availability flexible and able to meet clients' needs?
