About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Estia Health. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lend a hand with daily life activities, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care, addressing the unique needs of each resident.
  • Support residents with challenging needs, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and comfortable living environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and our team, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving or support role, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
