About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our Central Adelaide Local Health Network team, working in an innovative and multidisciplinary healthcare setting. As part of the Integrated Care team, you will provide exceptional dietetic services aimed at improving clinical outcomes for patients.
">With a "home first" approach, you will deliver comprehensive assessment and intervention outside the acute hospital setting, collaborating closely with health, social, and community services to support clients with complex needs. This role emphasizes collaboration to develop contemporary practice guidelines and pathways to optimize care.
">In this dynamic position, you will contribute to departmental education, quality improvement, and planning activities. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and supervise AHP1 Dietitians, Allied Health Assistants, and both undergraduate and postgraduate students, shaping the future of dietetic care.
">This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of clients with complex needs. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, high-level communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
">Our ideal candidate will have proven clinical experience in assessing and managing clients with complex needs, participation in quality improvement initiatives, and expertise in supervising and mentoring students. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of clinical nutrition, evidence-based practice, quality improvement principles, and community support services, along with an awareness of Work Health and Safety protocols.
">The successful candidate will be well-suited to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing competing demands while maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. The salary range for this position is approximately $88,255 - $102,240 per annum, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.
