Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House team member to join our dynamic hospitality and entertainment group. As a key part of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • To work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Availability to work across our core business hours - Thursday to Sunday
  • Current RSA & RCG Certificates
  • Provisional or full Driver's Licence
