Ruminant Health and Production Specialist

We seek a veterinarian with experience in delivering high-quality student-centered learning and teaching to join our team as an animal health and production expert.
The Role:- This is a full-time position at Level B/C that offers the opportunity to contribute to teaching and research in ruminant health and production.
- As a member of our team, you will teach production animal medicine and veterinary clinical skills to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- You may participate in the development and provision of clinical services to livestock producers or engage in research activities.
Our school provides a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the Faculty of Science and Health. This includes Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Equine Science, Environmental Science, Geospatial Science, and Veterinary Science.
To Be Successful You Will Have:- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience, accreditation, and standing appropriate for the level being applied for.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration in NSW with the Veterinary Practitioners Board as a practicing veterinarian.
- Experience in delivering high-quality student-centered learning and teaching, or an aptitude for production animal practice or research, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional partnerships, networks, and relationships locally and internationally.
- Ability or demonstrated capacity to attract external research funding.
