
Tennis Development Officer

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading and delivering an action plan to support First Nations communities across Western Australia.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in tennis.
- Forge strong partnerships with First Nations organisations to grow participation and community engagement.
- Represent Western Australia at national events, such as the National Indigenous Tennis Carnival in Darwin, NT.

To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Cultural awareness and understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, with the ability to communicate respectfully and effectively within First Nations communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
