We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Brand Strategist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand and direction of a rapidly growing company.

About the Role:

  • Create cohesive and consistent brand experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, including product, social media, campaigns, marketing, and more.
  • Work closely with the creative team and other departments to bring your creative vision to life.
  • Mentor and coach junior level employees to help them elevate their craft.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and ensure that the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Strong brand design experience, preferably in a senior role at an agency, design studio, or startup/scale-up.
  • Multidisciplinary skills, with the ability to bring strategically driven creative work to life across various physical and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in evolving or building a brand from the ground up, with a strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
  • Practical design tool skills, including proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience collaborating with others, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and departments outside of your own.
