About the Role

This is a seasonal position that plays a key part in our team's success during the Christmas period.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and shoppable environment for customers.
  • Work effectively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and be able to describe features and benefits to customers.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide excellent customer service.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
