Area Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our area operations and drive exceptional customer service in the veterinary industry.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be passionate about animals, and enjoy motivating their team. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- Manage daily operations, including resource allocation and team scheduling.
- Cover for absent colleagues and provide support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver top-notch services and support.
- Mentor and train team members to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage open communication.
- Plan and lead regular team meetings and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and growth.
- Take ownership of Health and Safety initiatives and ensure compliance.
- Oversee fleet maintenance and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop and promote business opportunities.
- Embody the company's values and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
