Eunoia Lane is a leading provider of NDIS Support Coordination and Occupational Therapy services for people living with disability and mental health diagnoses.

We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. This part-time role suits someone who can work Monday to Friday, school hours.

About the Role

The role of the Administrative Officer is to provide high-level administrative assistance to our team, based in Darwin.

You will be required to work well both independently and cooperatively as a member of a team, displaying self-discipline and the ability to manage your own time effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with a large team and people at all levels;
  • Communicate professionally with customers face-to-face, on the phone, and via email;
  • Prepare and process staff internal billing sheets;
  • Process supplier payments;
  • Manage outstanding receipts and invoices;
  • Assist with unreconciled transactions;
  • Budget management for credit card transactions;
  • Manage administrative requests and queries from the team;
  • Undertake research projects in a timely manner as directed;
  • Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties;
  • Contribute to team meetings, discussions, and planning;
  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, community services, government agencies, customers, and service providers;
  • Undertake further training and education.
Requirements

To apply for this position, you must have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounts or administrative role;
  • A current NT driver's licence;
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain one);
  • A current national police clearance.
