About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant, Retail to join our Claims team based in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims with empathy, respect, and a proactive approach.

About You

  • You must have prior claims management experience within the life insurance industry.
  • Experience working in customer service or financial services, Allied Health, Nursing, or related medical fields is advantageous.
  • You should be able to communicate and influence positive outcomes.
  • You will be highly customer-centric and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
  • A basic understanding of medical terminology will be well regarded.
