Job Title:

A Senior Salesforce Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for the future.

This highly skilled professional will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions based on fitment recommendations, including major/minor enhancements and greenfield implementations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lightning Development, a strong understanding of the Lightning Web Component Framework and LWR sites, and expertise in building APEX REST/SOAP APIs.

They will also have demonstrated knowledge of Low Code and Pro Code methodology and proficiency in Service Cloud Voice, New-gen Omni Channel, and Digital Engagement.

The Senior Salesforce Architect will adhere to best practices, including code version control, environment, and release management procedures.

They will stay up-to-date with and adhere to Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions.

Liaising directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse and resolve enhancement, project, and support-related requests and incidents.

End-to-end ownership of requests and incidents, including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for designing and implementing standard out-of-the-box or custom solutions based on fitment recommendations.
  • Adhere to best practices including code version control, environment, and release management procedures.
  • Keeping up to date with and adhering to Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions.
  • Liaise directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse and resolve enhancement, project, and support-related requests and incidents.
  • End to end ownership of requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
Requirements:
  • TOGAF Certified or any equivalent Enterprise Architecture Certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Architect (all required Application and System Architect Certification).
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist & Agentforce Innovator Badge.
