Key Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our portfolio of high-performing centres across Western Australia.

This role requires an individual who can promote a culture aligned with G8 Core Values and Leadership Competencies, while adhering to G8 policies and procedures and the National Quality Framework.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive team engagement, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and ensure maximisation of occupancy and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive team performance through positive leadership and modeling of G8 Values.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, fairness, achievement, fun at work, and recognition.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and maximisation of occupancy and revenue via local area marketing (LAM), enrolments, and value-add services.
