Job Description

As a marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This includes orchestrating strategies that captivate and engage our target audience across various channels.

This role requires someone with a passion for continuous learning and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You must possess strong problem-solving skills and an exceptional eye for detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies using Hubspot, Webflow, and Google Analytics. They should be comfortable analysing data, reporting key metrics and staying updated on industry trends to provide actionable insights and contribute to the company's digital marketing success.

In this role, you will be responsible for unleashing the power of customer relationship management, nurturing leads and delivering impactful reports that guide strategic decisions. You will also ensure the online presence remains fresh and engaging by regularly updating and managing the website.

You will dive into the depths of website data by tracking and analysing website traffic and user engagement metrics. Utilise GA-4 to unlock invaluable insights that fuel marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with external agencies and talented freelancers to orchestrate projects that are delivered with precision and excellence.

Expand the reach beyond the digital realm as you oversee offline marketing activities such as radio and billboard campaigns. Maintain a harmonious fusion between offline and digital brand presence, ensuring consistency and synergy.

We are seeking a creative and driven individual with a passion for learning. Your adaptability and problem-solving prowess will set you apart, as will your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bring at least 3-4 years of digital marketing experience to the table, showcasing your well-honed expertise and proven track record.
