About the Role

We are seeking a visionary AI leader to spearhead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives, driving measurable business outcomes through cutting-edge technical execution and deep expertise in Microsoft's Data & AI ecosystem.

This role will suit someone with a proven ability to bridge business needs with technical innovation, leading the design and delivery of intelligent AI solutions that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end AI architectures using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Cognitive Services, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Drive data engineering initiatives, building scalable pipelines and lakehouses with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Data Factory, to fuel AI-driven insights.
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and monitoring with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, to ensure efficient model deployment and maintenance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives and drive business value.

Core Competencies
  • AI/ML Engineering with Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services.
  • Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory).
  • MLOps/DevOps within Azure/GitHub.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and Responsible AI.
Technical Skills
  • Languages: Python, SQL, DAX, PowerShell.
  • Platforms: Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI.
  • Frameworks: Semantic Kernel, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Azure AI Engineer Associate.
