The position of Landscaping Project Manager involves overseeing the execution of landscaping projects from inception to completion, encompassing commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse developments, and high-end residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage on-site landscape projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Supervise staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee efficient project logistics.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfactory project outcomes and resolve any concerns that may arise.
- Establish and maintain a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in landscape construction as a supervisor or skilled landscaper.
- Certification in Horticulture or equivalent practical experience.
- A valid White Card is mandatory for this role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to successful completion.
