You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the cafe operations, including recruitment, training, and rostering staff
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate breaks and ensure staff are motivated and inspired
- Be responsible for staff performance and delivery of product and service quality
- Ensure all preparation, cleaning, and maintenance schedules are completed on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous barista experience
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to motivate, inspire, train, and coach employees
